Music is a big part of the Catholic Mass and helps enrich the prayer experience. On Sundays at Chapel of Christ the Teacher, UP’s student Chapel Choir, which includes singers, handbells, a harp and other string instruments, help bring the UP community together in prayer through soothing harmonies and music from and Catholic traditions.
The Chapel Choir performs on Sundays in the chapel at the 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. . In this video, students talked to The Beacon about how being involved in Chapel Choir is a way for them to practice their faith while expressing their love of music.
