Holi Hai is a traditional Indian festival that celebrates the coming of spring and the triumph of good over evil - and with the recent onslaught of sunny days in Portland, students on The Bluff were ready to celebrate last week.
CPB organized the festival, which was intended to bring cultural awareness and fun together in one event. Prashant Kakad, who has worked with CPB in the past, emceed the event and taught Bollywood dance. Fun was had by many, and extra laundry soap was needed by all.
