After experiencing a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), often called a warning stroke, Fr. Ron Wasowski, a professor of environmental science, will be away from The Bluff until next week. A blockage in a carotid artery caused the TIA while Wasowski was teaching a class last Tuesday. Fortunately, he remains in good health and experienced no brain damage. Wasowski will be undergoing surgery on Wednesday and expects to be back in the classroom by Tuesday, Feb. 17.
