On Valentine’s Day it’s easy to get caught up in the pressure — how do you show your partner your deep and abiding love for them, without breaking the bank? Or, how do you withstand an entire day of watching your friends go out with their significant others without drowning in your absolute singleness? But Valentine’s Day should be a celebration of all types of love, not only romantic. Make today your reminder to call up your mom, compliment your friends, and appreciate your most important relationship: with yourself. The Beacon hit campus to ask students and faculty about the last time they said “I love you.”
