Holi Hai Festival a hit

Holi Hai is a traditional Indian festival that celebrates the coming of spring and the triumph of good over evil - and with the recent onslaught of sunny days in Portland, students on The Bluff were ready to celebrate last week. CPB organized the festival, which was intended to bring cultural awareness and fun together in one event.
