UP students try Filipino food

By Taylor Ursulum | 10/08/19 2:47am

The Pilot House Plaza hosted a variety of authentic Filipino food trucks to honor Filipino American History Month on Friday, Oct. 4. The food trucks, coordinated by the Filipino American Student Association (FASA), offered traditional dishes like vegetable lumpia, pancit, chicken adobo and more. The Beacon asked four students to take a delicious study break by taste-testing popular Filipino specialties and sharing their thoughts.
