Music is a big part of the Catholic Mass and helps enrich the prayer experience. On Sundays at Chapel of Christ the Teacher, UP’s student Chapel Choir, which includes singers, handbells, a harp and other string instruments, help bring the UP community together in prayer through soothing harmonies and music from a variety of cultures and Catholic traditions.

The Chapel Choir performs on Sundays in the chapel at the 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mass times. In this video, students talked to The Beacon about how being involved in Chapel Choir is a way for them to practice their faith while expressing their love of music.
