Members of the Class of 2017 may recall being a part of the loud, sticky, sweaty throngs bobbing away on Friday nights at parties in the “Old Guam House”. There was generally a couch blocking the front door and forcing party-goers to go in and out through the back, the walls seemed to drip mysteriously and the beer pong table had clearly undergone several DIY repairs.

These memories may soon be a thing solely of the past. The little yellow bungalow on the 5500 block of Willamette Blvd., with weathered couches and “Pilot Country” signs perpetually gracing its front porch, is up for sale.

The house is listed on real estate website Zillow for $589,500 - one of the highest listing prices in the area by about $100,000, although it does have six bedrooms while most nearby houses have four. The post also states that the home has two bathrooms, a detached garage and a “newer roof”. It is 2,722 square feet.

John L. Scott Real Estate is facilitating the sale and describes the home in the listing as a “Great opportunity to own a six bedroom, two bathroom home across from the University of Portland. Solid rental history, and a high-demand property.”

According to Zillow, the home is leased through Aug. 2017 and is still occupied. Interested buyers are asked not to disturb current tenants.
